Furnished with high-quality materials such as French walnut, oak, and marble, all apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchenette, stylish bathrooms, as well as king or queen-size beds for the ultimate in sleeping comfort. The air conditioned and extensively sound-proofed studios and suites provide state-of-the-art technology - HD TV, DVD player, and free high-speed Internet access via LAN or WLAN throughout the house.

Our enchanting rose garden in the inner courtyard is a special place of quiet and relaxation - a true oasis in the middle of the bustling historic district of Munich. It is very much the heart of our charming apartment hotel. 

During the changing seasons, the roses treat our guests to a wonderful play of colors. An over 100-year-old chestnut lends much-appreciated shade, and the splashing of the fountain is pleasantly soothing and cools the summer air. 

The mediterranean atmosphere of our summer terrace in the rose garden invites you to linger and enjoy. Our guests can sit here until late into the evening over a cold beer, a tasty cocktail or a glass of fine wine, and savor a very special dining experience!
